Vendor Application - Utah Summer Dance Festival

2026 VENDOR APPLICATION IS OPEN

Saturday, August 15, 2026 – Vendor setup begins at 9:00am.

The Utah Summer Dance Festival is open free to the public!

Whether you sell jewelry, health and body products, clothing, or even if you offer services like massage, we’d love to have you at our festival!

Please note that vendor spots are not guaranteed and are subject to committee review. We generally welcome and approve everyone, however we may decline a request if a similar vendor has already been approved (for example a second request for a face-painting vendor).

If you would like to vend at the Utah Summer Dance Festival (USDF), please complete this application form. Once we review your application, we will contact you via the email in your application. If your vending application is approved, you will need to complete your payment to confirm you as a vendor. If you have any questions or concerns, please email utsummerfestival@gmail.com. Please note that vendors are approved on a first-come-first-served basis, and applications may be denied for same vending items (for example, we will only approve one "Scentsy" vendor).

By submitting this application, I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Utah Summer Dance Festival Committee, Desert Journey School of Dance, South Salt Lake Community Center, and all agents, employees, owners, contractors, volunteers, students, and landlords from any and all claims of liability, actions, demands, or judgments from any losses or damages, or in the event of an injury or any medical problem or condition that may arise from participating in any Utah Summer Dance Festival activities. I understand that the activities I am applying to take part in are completely voluntary and assume all risks and obligations. I affirm that all owners, partners, employees, assistants, and volunteers associated with my vending business agree to this release and indemnity. *
